Authorized Service Centers

IMW has authorized service centers worldwide with major service centers in Bangladesh, Canada, China, Colombia and USA. They provide technical support, preventative maintenance, installation, equipment start-up (commissioning), operation/safety training, 24-hour emergency call-outs, overhauls and other related customer services.

Each service center is connected to the IMW aftermarket network to ensure fast access to original IMW parts, special tools and factory-certified technicians. When additional assistance is required, IMW’s team of product specialists supports our customers and service centers directly. Valuable Technical Information

IMW maintains an extensive database on every CNG system to provide a complete station-by-station service history and a wealth of valuable information. Each time an IMW factory-authorized technician services one of our customer’s CNG systems, a report is generated and the information is added to our database. This provides improved diagnostics and maintenance planning, which save time and money for our customers.
